These Terms and Conditions apply to reservations on the website www.villasaltasia.com
Hereinafter simply Saltasia
Ø The above rates are inclusive of all applicable government taxes and service charges.
Ø Each room can only be occupied by the agreed number of people, as indicated in the reservation for each accommodation. Guests are not authorized to allow any external person to use the room or to use it for a different destination.
Ø Payment method
Bank Transfer
In this case your reservation will be immediately confirmed through a prepayment of 30%
Please notice if we do not receive the credit of the payment or copy of the balance transfer within 24 hours of booking, it will be cancelled from our systems. You can obviously make a new booking according to the availability.

Please send us a request and we will provide you with a QR code to easily transfer your 30% prepayment
In this case your reservation will be immediately confirmed
Ø Proper swimming attire should be worn at all times when using the pool
Ø Check-in Time:- 03.00 pm, If you arrive early, you are welcome to use the facilities while you wait until your guest room becomes available.
Ø Check- out Time:- 11.00 noon
Ø Early Check-in / Late Check-out Fee - Extra Hours USd.10/- per hourCancellation Policy (Refundable Rate)
The request for cancellation of the reservation must be communicated via e-mail to the address saltasialanka@gmail.com or by accessing the link contained in the e-mail you received during the booking phase and clicking on the relative "cancellation" option.
Child Policy
Ø Free of Charge under 4 years old
Ø USd 30 net will be applicable for 5 – 11 years old.
Ø Above 11 years old considered as an Adult.
Pets Policy
Ø Pets rate USd 15 per day for each pet.
Ø Small pets ( max 5 kilos) USd 10 per day for each pet.
Ø Pets are chargeable mostly due to the extra cleaning and sanitization of the room
Ø Pets are not allowed to sleep or jump on the beds, they cannot be left alone in the rooms.
Ø Pets are not allowed to jump in the Swimming pool.
Ø Any damages caused by pets will be calculated apart from the rates.
